I first make sure I am calm because I am excited right now. As doing so, I quickly focus on my chakra that is flowing through out all 361 chakra points. As it's flowing through I make sure that it is calm and collective as well as the flow is evenly spread throughout my body. Once done so I keep my concentration on my chakra and all of it's properties about myself. Which turns my chakra into a direct dna copy of myself. Then I quickly make a cross hand seal, and release the copied chakra and release it all over my body, thus creating a copy of myself. I look up and then I see my self looking at me. Then I punch him in the gut to make sure it's not an illusion and has substance so that it can do whatever the real me can do.

Description: Rasengan was a Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. The technique is unlike many other jutsu in that it does not require any hand seals. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact. Limit: None
The first step was learning how to burst a water balloon by spinning the water inside in multiple directions at once using only the user's chakra, which emphasises rotation.
The second step was for the user to burst a rubber ball, and since rubber is thicker, and air is completely different from water, it forces the user to use denser chakra to break it. This step emphasises power.
The third and final step was to combine both step one and two by spinning chakra inside a balloon without moving the balloon itself, emphasising stability of the sphere shape.

Step 1:
As I get the water balloon from wesobi sensei, I hold the balloon on my right hand with the palm facing up as the balloon sits on my palm. I focus on my chakra within me and make sure that it's calm and collective. Onces doing so I push my chakra into my hand and then infuse it into the water of the balloon. By doing this I am able to manipulate the chakra within the balloon to spind around in all directions within the balloon. I quickly manipulate it so that the chakra is pushing the water and making it spin aound in clock-wise fashion. I do this for sometime and making it so that it is rotating smooth and swift. I continue to keep pressure on my chakra and make it rotate faster and faster as I concentrate more and more. As the water is rotating, the friction itself that is causing on the skin of the balloon seems to be too much as suddenly while me rotating the water inside the balloon bursts and water getting everywhere as well as getting wesobi sensei all wet.
Step 2:
As the first step is complete and remembering how to rotate the chakra inside the water balloon, I quickly grab the rubber ball and then place it on my right palm facing up once again. This time as I collect chakra within me I collect it directly into my palm and release it into the rubber ball, infusing it with my chakra. however instead of my chakra being everywhere in the ball I focus on the center of the ball and from there on I manipulate it so that the chakra itself is spinning in a clock wise fashion. Once doing so I keep my focus and rotate it continuously and quick as I can. Naturally as the rubber balls skin is thinker and harder, I spin the chakra faster to gain some more friction. As doing so i apply more chakra into the rubber ball statically so that it grows and spins at the sametime. Once my chakra is reached the surface of the ball and spinning at a high velocity, the skin of the rubber ball seems to start cracking. Eventually after some time the rubber ball bursts into pieces and flys out everywhere, leaving with just my chakra on my hand.
Step 3:
As now, I have gained valuable information on how to control my chakra from speed and power as a sphere, I grab another balloon and place it on my right palm facing up. As I have remembered from the previous 2 steps, I quickly infuse the chakra into the balloon at the center point. This time I make sure my spirit and physical energy is infused with the chakra itself. As the chakra grows into the balloon I quickly rotate it with high velocity inside the balloon. As doing so my chakra grows bigger and the shape of a balloon. As the friction itself would be too powerful now for the balloon to remotely try to hold my chakra together, I make it so that I lay a piece of thin chakra layer around my chakra in the form of a sphere like the balloon. As the balloon can not take the friction any longer, it bursts, however with the layer of chakra that I have applied into the sphere before hand keeps my chakra sphere in place resembling a ball of chakra sphee.

I pull out 1 Kunai and start to focus on my chakra from within once again. Then once enough has been gathered I quickly infuse it into the kunai and throw it towards nowhere. Soon as I throw it I perform a single hand seal cross, and manipulate my chakra within the kunai and create 3 copies of the kunai that is traveling at high speeds. As the 4 kunai's are traveling it just falls to the ground once the force of the kunai's run out.

I quickly think back on my rasengan training and concentrate on how the training went. I quickly place my had upwards towards the sky and concentrate my chakra into my hand. Once I have gathered a bigger amount of chakra than before, I focus on the center point right above my hand. Then I release all my chakra into the hand and into the center point. As it is being created I remember to apply a thin layer of chakra around my ball of chakra so that it is holding the form of a sphere. As it grows and with much chakra than before the ball is bigger than the original one that I hve created. As the chakra inside is spinning everywhere I continue to make sure that my spiritual and physical energy is applied to it as well. Once the chakra has been formed into a big ass spiraling sphere and in my hand, I quickly locate the puppy that came back from earlier. Then I launch my hand into the puppy but missing him as he moved away from me, causing a big hole in the ground.

As I am excited I quickly focus on my chakra within me and make it so that it flows within my tenketsu calm and collective. I hold out my right hand and palm facing upwards towards the sky. Then I focus on my chakra and gather it towards my hand. I concentrate on the fixed center point right above my palm and starts to release my chakra into the form of a sphere. Naturally from training before hand I include my spiritual and physical energy in the sphere. As the sphere as reached it's limit in size, I then focus on my katon chakra and infuse it with the sphere. Now the sphere is infused with katon chakra it is has a nicely firery glow to it. As I spot the lone tree that is in the area I quickly go up to it and launch it at the tree. Once done, the tree explodes and burn at the sametime. The tree is dead........ by burning explosion.
