I start concentrating my Earth chakra on my throat. Using the Water basics I learned, I add a bit of Water chakra into the Earth, making it more malleable and 'muddy'. When I think it's muddy the sufficient, I spew it on your clone. The mud bullet, fast, then hits your clone >_O

Hits your clone on the chest. The areas that would make the most impact are the chest, because is there where's located some vital organs like heart or lungs, and a fast mud bullet could make a great impact on those organs, possibly unbalancing/disabling the organ, or the head, because, like in the chest, a mud bullet can make the opponent dizzy because of the impact on the brain, giving me a chance to attack.
If I hit the face, subsequently blocking his eyes, the opponent won't be able to see a thing, giving me an opportunity to attack.
If I hit the bullet on their feet, I can hinder his movement, also giving me an opportunity to attack.
While it can be used on the enemy directly, it can also be used on the enemy's techniques and attacks, possibly hindering those attacks.

Alright, so, a single rock or stone can possibly dislogdge an entire structure. A good move to catch opponents in tight spaces.
For this next one, proceed to hit the ground with your hand. As you do so, cause your Doton to begin "flowing" through the Earth, making it muddy as you do so. Direct this muddy river at my clone and tell me what happens to him.

I hit the ground with my hand, and let my Earth chakra flow through it. Making it as muddy as I can, I redirect it at your clone. When the mud hits your clone's feet, because of the mud's consistency, the clone will be unable to walk and move the feet at all, hindering its movements. The flowing mud then drags your clone far away from me, unbalancing it.

We're not quite done with this combo. Proceed to form the handseals of Ram → Horse → Dragon in order and then send your chakra into the mud you just created and formulate a dragon out of it.
The dragon should be able to spit mud at my clone.
Be specific on where you aim the mudshots and why you decided to aim them there.
And two questions:
How might you think adding more Suiton chakra to this would affect the technique?
Also, why is it important to knock your opponent off balance in a fight?
