So Recently ive been seeing alt of newer members saying they've been finding it hard to find training. This is nothing new. However with the recent threads proposed by Adachi You would think something would be done.As it is clear that training is one of the things losing people from the roleplay. Why dont we fix this by implementing isntead of 1 senpai but 2.Their are plenty of members who have been here to have knowladge of the elements.Simply not enough training or the want to accept the sensei test.Adding another senpai will get the elements done alot faster and well it puts no strain on the sensei or moderators so why not test it for a while.Just an idea.Probably likely to be declined or pushed away but hey something needs to be done.

I never did official RPing. But I have seen how slow and sluggish training can be in threads(I know training should take time but a week to master an element??? (from what I have seen)Just a waste of time). I think your proposal is a good idea but I think mods will find a good excuse not to...

This has been suggested countless number of times. But I don't think making 2 Sempai would solve this issue.
Firstly I don't like the idea of ppl using their alt. Simply because, it gives them an opportunity to sneak into other villages. Also, they don't have any plans of RPing, which makes it all the more difficult for other members to get training cuz they occupy their spot.

Having duel senpai's puts alot of extra work on the sensei, most of the current sensei dont even want 1 senpai let alone 2. Having a senpai means you are vouching for that person to teach responsibly and provide the correct knowledge. Sensei also are supposed to check the senpais threads to make sure everything is being taught properly. So currently the jobs of alot of Sensei are to train, take on battle tests, judge fights, check senpai threads and you want to add to that workload? I agree that there is a problem and it needs to be solved, but adding to a sensei's workload by adding another person they need to be responsible for, considering a few sensei+rp mods, dont even have senpai at all isnt the right answer.

Just read this

As with any game, you need to evolve within as you learn to play. In some you get a tutorial, in others a "guide" that pops up the first times you use some skill or some new weapon or wtv it may be. In our system, because its so complex, you need somoene to actually train you and teach you how to rp. This is done by senseis and senpais and, until today, while we have dedicated many hours and days into trying to find a solution that is more viable, we haven't. Faster training methods have been tried but they end up lacking in quality. And more senseis or senpais is not something we can simply get. People volunteer. If people don't volunteer, little can be done.

The system has indeed been working so far although its slower than everyone wants it to be, but that will always be the case. It will always be slower than everyone wants it to be. Just enjoy the process and have fun instead of worrying about getting everything done in a small time frame

A week? Than that wasn't really good training imo, normal training takes around a month to finish

Personally, I disagree with the idea of having two senpai per sensei. While it's undeniable that there is more than enough people who have knowledge over the elements to be a senpai, sometimes they're not exactly capable of teaching. I believe the problem doesn't lie in the amount of sensei we have, but the amount of training people want. You see some people who want the base five elements, ninjutsu, genjutsu, taijutsu, kenjutsu, plus whatever special ability(s) they have all at the same time. Some people feel like they need everything in order to be able to fight others which really needs to change. There have been multiple occasions where RPers have shown more than enough skill to fight alongside those with a lot mroe training than what they have, it's about creativity and skill, not having so much.

There's only really two solutions I can think of to change this without having to get more sensei: either limit the amount of teachers the student has or increase the number of students/frequency of replies which sensei and senpai should take on. I'm sure no one wants either of the options to happen since it's limiting on one of the parties. As someone who is in both parties: a student and a senpai, I'm opting for the second option because really, who needs 10 teachers to finish everything they can learn in three months?

My opinion to resolve this is to limit the amount of teachers a student can have. Practice what you do have in battle, rather than trying to gain and learn everything in a short amount of time. Treat the RolePlay as a marathon, and not as a race.

You know what would help? Have a schedule. Like with any job irl, you gotta wake up at a certain time and work however many hours you work etc. Sensei's and Sempai's usually just reply whenever they want to, same goes for students. If they have something like a schedule, it would force both parties to commit more.

For example, all sensei and sempais in RP state their GMT on their profile aswell as how many times a week they should be expected to reply on average. Let's say something like 4 times a week which should be the minimum for them. It would help to set aside 1 hour of your day to reply to the different trainings.

Or maybe it's time to drop this sensei system, maybe it just doesn't work. You don't really need teachers or guides to advance in a game and only a few people in Naruto get their techniques taught from others. Not everyone got teachers. The RP should be set in a way that you control your own progress, having to advance through someone else creates this problem.
