okay several people are complainming about not getting trained, so how about this. senseis are assigned students, like kakashi with naruto, sasuke and sakura. the senseis will make the threads and decide what training is to be done however way they want(vote, because they want to etc) and every now and again, senseis can teach people who are not their students one or two things(jiraiya and naruto, asuma and naruto/sora)

Sensei/Sempai aren't assigned student. Some people train multiple students in a single thread, and it's really their choice.

yeah i know im in a group like that. im just saying this would help all those who cant get training and it would be orderly.

Not really..tbh...if someone would go inactive, or not sign in for a few days, he'd lose a lot of training time, or if the instructor waited til he was online again to continue, then that would prolong other people's training who have been online and ready to learn. The instructor would then have to go back and teach that one person what he missed, start an entirely new thread with him, or drop him as a student. So it would reall overwork all the sensei/sempai if they were forced to do it that way. Plus, group training isn't necessarily the best training. The teacher wouldn't be focusing on a specific student and the training would just be a general explanation of what the jutsu consists of, and not really focusing and trying to get the student to completely comprehend the techniques that they teach. That's my opinion on the matter anyway.

Honestly, group training is only good if both students have equal online times and GMTs...which we know is not the case.

All suggestions to the actual training system are inadequate so far and the current system seems to be the most reliable so far...
