Alrightly. Please perform the last technique you learnt.

*After listening to my Sensei's instructions I take out a scroll and I place it on the ground. I then start to gather a large amount of fire chakra in my right hand, I then follow up by crouching and placing my right hand on the open scroll, I send the chakra into the scroll which summons a large flame which has the shape of a dragon and heads towards a random tree, once it makes contact with the tree the flame dragon explodes, burning the tree completely in a instant*

How you would counter it: There's many ways actually, one way is, once the flame heads towards my way it would block both my vision and my opponent's. I could take advantage of this and use the hiding like a mole technique. I think this is a good counter because first, once my opponent doesn't see me after the flame disperses, he could actually believe that my body is ashes and second because whilst underground I can sense him and strike him from any position of my choice. Another obvious counter is using a A-rank or above water jutsu which would cancel his technique and depending on the rank of the water jutsu it could continue towards my opponent in a weaker state but also cause some steam to appear which would effect the battle.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I start off by taking the scroll, opening it and placing it on the ground. However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.
I want you to perform the seal, and gather a large amount of katon chakra in your mouth, from there I want you to release it in the form of a massive wall, which covers a huge range, it's massive both vertical and horizontal dimensions, simple and easy technique to perform, and fast also.

How you perform it (with as much detail as you can): I perform the Horse hand seal which allows me to gather a large amount of fire chakra in my mouth. I then as I prepare to release the technique, start manipulating my chakra and I release from my mouth a large amount of fire in the form of a massive wall which covers a huge area both vertical and horizontal which is the reason why this technique is difficult to avoid.

So I would a water jutsu that in the descriptions says that the water released covers a huge area which should cancel out the flames. I believe there is a S-rank water jutsu that's good enough to cancel this technique.
