•Lightning in the naruroverse is one of the 5 basic elements and it involves the user manipulating electricity to attack their enemy. The user can pass lightning through both the air and the ground.

•Lightning is strong against earth as lightning can just travel through it breaking it up, lightning is weak against wind as wind has no physical form for the lightning to damage and is a natural insulator. Lightning is also one part of both storm release.

•Some lightning users are: sasuke, darui, kakuzu

•Some lightning moves:Lightning release armor, chidori, kirin

Now tell me how lightning feels. If lightning were an emotion, what would it be? How does lightning affect your fives senses (look like, smell like, feel like, ect.)? What does exposure to lightning do to objects? After that, I want you to meditate on the lightning which will be above your head when you finish; feel it's energy, and become one with it.

•Hmm, to me lightning wouldn't be an emotion because the way I see it lightning flows through the sky in a carefree manner Lightning itself affects many of the senses. It could affect our sight by the blinding light it causes. It can sometimes affect our sense of hearing due to it always being followed by the roar of thunder. And last but not least it could affect our sense of touch by paralyzing, burning or just plain out cutting through us. Some objects can amplify or nullify the affects of lightning all together. For example, if lighting comes into cantact with water the water could amplify the lightning slightly. On the other hand if hit by a strong enough wind the lightning could be severely weakened.

• I then sat down in a criss cross position and began to meditate. While meditating I purely focus on the lightning conjuring above my head,sparking and making my lightning chakra react. I then felt my chakra flowing through my body in a quick,sharp manner just like the lightning in the sky.

Care= emotion soo carefree which means free of care is being emotionless in a good way. >_>

-I start to focus my chakra within my body evenly so that my raiton chakra was on every part. I then start to let the raiton chakra seep out of me thus covering my skin.I continue to let it seep while at the same time I focused on condensing the chakra onto my skin. After focusing and condensing the chakra for awhile it started to create small bolts of lightning that leaped around my body. I then begin to focus the raiton to my right hand as I held it in front of me. Instantly after being focused to my hand the raiton bolts shot from my hand.

Pro:
• can be used to shock an opponent that is making a physical attack.
Or it can be used to shoot bolts at an opponent from a distance.

Con.:
• Weak against wind based techniques at any level.

-I start to focus on the raiton chakra that dwells within me, building it up to a comfortably strong level. Once that is achieved I start to force that chakra into the palms of my hands thus causing small sparks. After that I suddenly slam my palms on the ground and on contact I begin to fuel the ground with my raiton chakra. While forcing my chakra into the ground below I start molding and pushing it forward to shock whatevers in its way.

Pro:
• Can be used to shock opponents from below. Can be used more effectively by shocking bodies of water

Con:
•Completely ineffective against opponents that aren't touching the surface of whatever's being shocked.

--I begin concentrating my chakara and I focus on building up a nice amount in my body. I then convert my normal chakra into lightning based chakra and I focus this lightning in my body. I then unleash the chakra from my body creating a shell-like barrier made of lightning around my skin. I, finally, focus this shell to one point in front of me in the direction of the flying kunai thus deflecting it, sending it flying off of me.

Pro
• Can defend against physical attacks such as taijutsu,shuriken and Kunai.

Con.
• Hmm can't really think of any besides being weak against nearly any fuuton based technique.

-- I instantly start building up a good amount of raitin chakra throughout my body and made sure it was evenly proportioned. After that I push my chakra outwards thus creating a small raiton field around my skin.
I then focus the entire raiton field to a single point on my back and the released it backwards thus making an explosion in that direction.

Pro
-Can be used to blast an enemy that is coming from any direction.

Con
-Weak against wind, and suiton can redirect the raiton to me..

- I stand in a stationary position and start focusing my raiton to my hands in a slightly large quantity. After gathering an amount of chakra that I thought was necessary a single spark flickers on my palm.
I then fuel even more chakra to my palm thus creating dozens of electrical sparks that jumped around my palm quickly. Then after concentrating on gaining decent control over the sparks I hold my arm outward to the side with my palm facing outward also and release a wave of sparks in that direction.

Pro.
-Can be used to attack an opponent from a distance or shock a body of water from a distance.

Con.
-- Can easily be countered by fuuton techniques or redirected by a strong enough water tech.

- I start gathering and focusing my raiton chakra through out my body once I have gathered enough of it I start chanelling the previously gathered and focused raiton chakra through my body into my hands once I have chanelled it I release the gathered raiton chakra through my hands and when I release as it is beeing released it forms small static bolts that shoot forward as an attack.

pro.
- It can be used in attack and defense ,it doesn't require much chakra and I guess it can hurt and paralyze the oponent.

cons.
- It is short range,it isn't that powerfull and if when you have the lighning in your hand and somebody covers you with water you will electrify yourself I guess.

Good job. Alright, now the fun part. I want you to defeat my clone using at least two techniques you've just learned. Think of it as a test to see if you actually know how to use these jutsu now.

- As you make a clone I quickly slam my hands on the ground, sending lightning throughout the ground thus shocking the clone. When that happens I take advantage of the slight paralysis the shock should have done by launching a kick at the clone, but before I could make contact I focus a raiton field to the sole of that foot to cause an explosion in that direction.
