Inashi focuse his Chakra in a manner similar to before a sphere forms in his Palms and then starts to dissipate as it turns into a wave like form. He begins to focus his Chakra even more to refine it to it's maximum potency the Wave like Lightning Chakra can be seen whipping around Inashi as he release's it at the Target Dummy's the Wave travels at them causing them to be affected much like the previous attack but on a more spread scale

Inashi starts to focus his Chakra as it races around his body very rapidly a few sparks start to flicker around him his Chakra slowly but Surely starts to become visible in a Orb like shape he imagines his Chakra being projected around his body he starts to fucus it more and more until he fells that the technique is ready he then precedes to fire it at the Dummy's a Explosion incurs causing small storm of Lightning and the Dummy's get thrown back

Inashi notices the Lightning Bolts going at him as he quickly starts to focus his Chakra in a similar way as before generating a Shield like the first one but much more compact like a suit of Armour he raises his Chakra to strengthen his Shield, Inashi then takes the hits head on as the two Jutsu clash. He still remains standing unscathed

Description: The user gathers lightning chakra around his fist, generating a sphere of pure lightning around it. The user can then punch a target, unleashing the lightning in the form of a localized electrical explosion.

Pretty straight forward jutsu. You create lightning around your hand creating a ball of lightning surrounding it. You will then punch the target be it a person or an object. It would then unleash into an electrical explosion. Good for a quick technique merged with taijutsu

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.

You will raise your hands into the sky and send a lightning discharge into the clouds, creating lightning from above. You can then control where the lightning strikes strike on the battle field within mid range of you.. Can be pretty useful to keep your opponent on edge

Description: After the user performs the Ram → Boar → Dog → Bird → Hare hand seals, he releases his lightning chakra into the ground, using it to forcefully shape the earth into 4 big pillars (proportionate to the target area) around the target. Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

One of the more famous lightning jutsus. The user will do a set of handseals causing your lightning to travel underground shaping 4 large earth pillars to emerge taking a square formation. Once this happen, you will cause the 4 pillars to give off an electrical discharge to any and everything that is within the square..

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Dog → Boar → Ram → Rat hand seals, the user generates a large amount of lightning from their hands, which can then be either released in an unfocused manner or passed through conductive materials to improve the electrical power of the technique, namely in conjunction with Water Techniques. In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

Sooo they nerfed this .. pretty much you create electricity that can be used in conjunction with a water technique to electrocute the opponent more.. They now saying you need to have a clone to do it... so eh

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. You will slap your hands together causing lightning to generate around your hands. You will then slam your hands on the ground causing the lightning to travel towards your opponent. As it travels it will split into multiple lightning tendrils that can be used to attack multiple people
