When you say this can be used to drain water, how big of a water jutsu can be drained? Also, I assume this depends on rank as well, right. This jutsu couldn't drain a S-Rank tidal wave. How can you attack with this if you can't make you enemy fall into the fissure?
A ghost town lies 250 m away from Kakuzu and Genkai. Genkai sets her eyes on the town as her target and builds up her earth chakra. She then focuses the chakra by performing the handseals Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake and releases the chakra into the earth via her feet. A far off tremble can be felt and the ground below the village rises 10 m into the air. Genkai then swings her arms to both sides in a splitting motion and the raised earth splits down the center in two. Finally Genkai slashes her arms downwards and diagonally causing the 2 sections of earth to rotate 45 degrees from the vertical direction.
Genkai now turns her attention to Kakuzu who stands 8 m away. She builds up her doton chakra and performs the snake handseal. She then slams her right hand on the ground causing the earth between the two to be turned up into chunks of rock. A cloud of dust forms and Genkai grabs a kunai from her pouch and throws it at Kakuzu's head noting where he was before the cloud of dust formed.

Description: The user will first perform the required hand seals Rabbit → Boar → Rat → Horse → Tiger → Snake and then by flowing concentrated chakra from one's palms into the Dragon Veins flowing underground, one can tear the earth apart, creating large chasms by firstly raising the earth in the desired location and then splitting that piece of earth through the center. The length, width, direction, and curve of the chasm are all up to the user. Manipulating the Dragon Veins requires fine chakra control, but if one has such skill, they can use this technique to divide the space between the enemy and their own team in two, destroy enemy camps or defenses, and even to attack.
Note: This does not split the earth apart directly to cause opponents to fall in the fissure.
