Okay so I'm pretty new to the Training Grounds and I've been watching people and how they battle and I want to start getting into it, so it anyone would be so kind as to teach me the basics and stuff I would appreciate it, and I want to master Rinnegan Techniques before anything else.

1. get you post to 50 which gives a genin rank. Create a RPG Biography of a character get it approved and then seek for orange color username.

As Anubis has pointed out, before you start RP'ing it is required that you hit 50 post count so that you gain the rank of Genin and are allowed to post your first biography.

Once you reach 50 post count I suggest you read the following threads to aid you in your future RP'ing career..
