Wind is movement of air ,combining great force and cutting ability, used mostly as offense to cut enemy or enhance weapons cutting power. Affinityto wind is very rare, some wind users are: Danzo, Sora, Temari, Asuma... wind is strong against lightning and weak to fire.
Wind is great in combination with fire as it makes the fire burn much more.
