training for higher rank ninjas

hi there i am now a s- class ninja but i did no training does that mean i master jitsu's very fast like the yellow flash who was called the genious ninja?

or am i like every other person?
my rank allows me to learn all the elements and a level jitsus

You just have to train from the very first and basic jutsu but maybe with exceptional like you who already posts more than 1000 posts, you can learn to control shadow with Nara's Bio or a sharingan with Uchiha's Bio... but then again you must read the rules first..!

Being a Higher rank only means that you can learn a larger variety of Jutsu's, but you will still need to start from the start U_U
