S rank Fire to block a A rank Water attack? The fire will block the water attack, but also creating a heavy mist, which would hide your locate also giving you the upper hand to use a jutsu on the opponent without them knowing, But the down fall of creating mist is that you also will lose the locate of the opponent but if you have Sharingan,(maybe sharingan) Byakugan, Rinnegan, you will be able to see the opponent within the mist giving you a great upper hand on the opponet.

So now Obito re done all the question I ask you but this time tell me EVERYTHING.
