[Suggestion] Training Application-threads - A Sub-Section

Senseis and Sempais make threads in which potential students can apply to become just that: students.
These threads are often drowned in actual training-threads and other RP-related threads. This is a problem.
I suggest that we create a sub-section in the Training Grounds section reserved for Tranining Application-threads. This would allow both students and teachers to organize their applications and applicants respectively.

Every sensei could have their own sub section That might be a tad much but it'll help the sensei's out for sure.

I'll forward this to Nexus but the RPG section already has tons of sections and subsections so I dunno if we really need one more. I'll consider alternatives to this because another sub section when we are trying to keep the board structure as simple and functional as possible may not be the right alternative.
