Why you wish to learn said thing: I wish to learn Toads because I think they are one of the best summoning and it would be great to have them on my custom character biography. Although my character has been seen with snakes, I still think that Toads > Snakes any time. They have special and unique techniques and various summons which can be used creatively. Also, I like the of frogs seen in Naruto and how different they are.
Change your bio to remove snakes from it, since you can't have them both to my knowledge, then re-apply.
