It's role playing. When you made a bio (read the rules before making one) and it gets approved, you are going to search for a sensei which trains you (training grounds). When you have trained enough you can fight with other NB members (battle arena). That's it in a nutshell.

We kill ppl and learn how to kill ppl. But for real we RP like Leaf said. It's cool once you get the feel of stuff and know what to do.

ok about my RP name if I chose Sasuke but there alredy is a person with a RP name Sasuke. Would that be a problem ??

not really. it can be various people with the same canon bio, except jinchuurikis.
but with great power comes great restrictions. xd

There can be numerous canon bio's at the same time, thus also multiple Sasuke bio's. However the stronger a bio is, the more restrictions and requirements on it. For instance you need 1500 posts for an Uchiha bio. If you're just talking about the name, it isn't really an issue with the name Sasuke as there already are/were 2 Sasuke's in the manga.
