you could of added more tho such as that a ninja can attack in many forms such as ninjutsu , taijustu , genjutsu ect...ninja fights in way that ninja try to surprise their opponent with traps, hidden atacks etc. If ninja fights in team then he uses his abilites to complement ones of their comrades.

partially correct in most of it physical energy comes from the training of the body not the cells its through the increase of stamina and excersice whilst the mental is from the training of the mind in meditation and then combinging the two to thus form chakra which is the bases of your stamina and power with all ninja techniques.each of two? do you mean on physical and mental energies?
if yes, then physical energy is collected from the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Mental energy is derived from the mind's consciousness (soul) and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. Enhancing those user gets stronger chakra (physical trainings for enhancing physical energies and meditation, studying jutsus etc. for enhancing mental).
