i think law. he can still get buggy's heart with room. regardless if he can separate himself, thats a tough truth to escape.

I made this thread a while back. But as far as we know Law would win
-He could still steal Buggy's heart or beat him with a counter shock
--Room still allows the user to control(push, pull, teleport, change places and distort/disfigure) anything that is in the bubble
---Both work, but we don't know how good Buggy has got

Buggy can not be cut/chopped by normal methods, law's devil fruit would be canceled. In this fight buggy would have the advantage because not only can he separate his body parts, but he can control them at whim when separated (he also has a few tricks up his sleves) hence Clown ;P..... However given law has showed a powerful Haki and a good use of it he would be able to use it with his devil fruit abilities and land a few hits. I say it's a 60% buggys way and 40% laws way........ It well come down to skill and expiernce...... Of course this is my opinion :/

given now that buggy is a war lord and has a 2 year absence he would/should have gotten stronger, also since now many characters with in one piece poses Haki (of course some more then other in degree and form)...... Buggy most likely can also use Haki

Law can still win. Nothing is stopping him from taking Buggy's heart and crushing it. Buggy splits himself, with his feet on the ground. Law switches himself and the feet, Buggy is a moron(remember when Mihawk just tapped his bomb and sent it back to him? He just stood there and watched it blow up), so he wouldn't be able to react to or avoid Law taking out his heart, then crushing it to kill him. Or Counter Shock Buggy.

Buggy's devil fruit cancels laws it's as simple as that....... Throughout all anime and manga there are matchup that shouldn't and most likely won't happen.... This is one of them. Buggy's fruit prevents him from being cut like everyone else, it detaches and separates however buggy stays in control of those body parts. However just because buggy can't be cut law would still be able too fight and injure buggy...... Since this is the new world many people have obtained Haki thus it would came down to a Haki battle........ We have seen law use Haki and it seems that he is good at it, but we haven't seen buggy use Haki. Therefore we should wait for buggy's turn to show up and use haki.
In saying so I can't really choose till I have more evidence........... (hope what I wrote made sense) :/

Law rapes no diff. Buggy is a goof who can't fight. The only reason he was able to become shishibukai is because he had much strong men following him out of impel down.
Hence he is shishibukai because of his strong men, and litterely was hiding behind them the whole marineford war arc. I imagine he kept doing this and didn't even think about training in anyway.

Law can cut anything in his room so I don't think Buggy would be immune to his slashes. However, that doesn't matter because Buggy is so much stronger than Law that he wouldn't lose to him with this handicap

Law win with low diff, Reason: Buggy is never serious, NEVER. That's why he is not a High class pirate. And obviously he will never be one. Even Usopp is more serious than him (sometime).
