So pretty much preform the necessary hand seals [or if you mastered katon, then just one] and then channel said chakra into your dominant hand or mouth. After doing so, you either spew out the fire or release the fire from your hands and use shape manipulation to create about 8-10 small, but very hot fireballs and launch them at your opponent. However instead of hitting them, guide the fireballs so that you make your target think you've missed but in reality the balls are gathered all around them. Finally, weave the final hand seal to direct all the fireballs towards you opponent and they will explode on contact & engulf them in flames.

However, instead of hitting them directly [which makes the target believed that they missed], the mass of fireballs gather all around the opponent and seemingly appear to floating. Finally, with the use of a single hand seal [like the one Deidera uses to create explosions], the user directs all the intense fireballs towards their opponent and explodes on contact & engulfs them in flames.

Preforming the necessary hand seals I channel my fire chakra into my right hand before releasing 8-10 small shape manipulated fireballs from my hand towards my opponent. I intentionally avoid hitting them, aiming the fireballs slightly past my target making them think that I've missed them, but in reality the balls are gathered floating all around them. Finally, I weave the final hand seal as I direct all of the fireballs towards them making them explode on contact engulfing them in flames.

Nice tech to use to strike from various hidden angles if used correctly. I like it.

Description: The user performs 3 hand seals while kneading their fire chakra into their mouth which then turns into a superheated heated ash. The user then exhales the hot ash in between their raised hands, which is positioned in front of their chest, rapidly condensing the hot ash into a basketball sized sphere which they then fire at the opponent. The heated ash sphere on contact, or by the user clapping their hands, explodes into a 3m wide vortex that can reach up to mid.range in the sky. The heated ash can easily burn through the human skin resulting in 2nd degree burns throughout the opponents body.*

While Neji is standing long range from his opponent, he begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra inside of his stomach and uses nature manipulation to create very intense, superheated ash while weaving the three necessary hand seals . When Neji is finished building up his fire chakra, he places his hands in front of his chest before forcing it up the ash though his throat and out the mouth; spewing out a medium sized sphere of ash, which he them fires at his opponent. When the ash sphere comes close to his opponent, Neji claps his hands, causing the ball to explodes into a three meter wide vortex that extends into the sky. When the ash vortex comes into contact with Neji's opponent, it gives them sever 2nd degree burns throughout their whole body.
