Tell me why you want it?
It's a cool jutsu. It lets you surprise people
How you'll use it in battle in full detail?
The easiest combination I can think of is reinforcing this with a paw tech then launching it at an opponent. The strength behind a counter would be absorbed and the clone can use it to attack.
How often you'll use it?
Rough estimate once every 5.5 fights
&
What counters can be applied to this jutsu?
Personally I'd block it with an earth jutsu or maybe wind since although containing a clone, the kunai is still a regular kunai

:: (Genjutsu: Piasuhōru) - Illusionary Arts: Piercing Hollows ::[/CENTER]
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: B
Range: Long
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user takes out his sword and holds it pointing downwards momentarily before dropping it. When the sword is dropped, a genjutsu is effected where the opponent sees the sword stick into the ground(or water or whatever terrain) and fully submerge in it. A couple of seconds later, the sword emerges from the ground piercing through his foot. The opponent takes mental damage and cannot move from the spot due to the illusion.
Useable 3x.
It starts the moment you drop the sword. The illusion mirrors reality(i.e. as the sword falls in the illusion so does it in reality) up until the point when it pierces the ground.
The stab is an illusion. In reality the sword would be stuck in the ground in front of the user like any normal sword would. The mental damage is from the perceived stab and you can't move because the sword has nailed you to the ground.
