Tobi begins by rushing towards Suigetsu at high speed. He raises his right arm and leans the right side of his body backwards, clenching the fist as though preparing to deliver a strong right hook. This is, however, a mere decoy. As Suigetsu would be reacting to the incoming punch, Tobi switched tactics. He brings his fist forward and stops midway, using that momentum to immediately drop and spin while outstretching his leg. His shin catches Suigetsu's ankle, performing a leg sweep that causes him to fall down. Tobi stands up and delivers a sharp kick to his stomach to add extra damage.
