The rules are simple!

Vote on who you beleive will win in each particular match up! It does not matter what the circumstances are! The character who wins the most votes and defeats their opponent gets to move on to the next level! Last man standing is crowned Pirate king!!

REMEMBER:
1-discussion about match ups is encouraged!

2-characters will have 24 hours to tally votes!

3-After the 24 hours are up in the case of a tie, the next vote wins! (For anyone who waits to be the tie breaker I will obstain my vote to break the tie if need be)

4-characters should be judged based on whatever the majority decides. For instance if you beleive weevils hype is enough to beat his opponent and the majority agrees with you then that is the answer. If everyone decides to use pre time skip luffy then that is the decision of the majority! So with that said, no opinion is too far out there!

THE WINNER SHALL BE THE UNDESPUTED PIRATE KING UNTIL OTHERWISE DETHRONED!!

Didn't Dragon beat Captain Smoker (nowhere near Kizaru in level) with just a gust of wind? I'm assuming he has a devils fruit so what could it be?

Anyways his level of haki has to be at least Sabo's level or stronger and after seeing how well Sabo's buso haki was able to clash with Fujitori I think this Kizaru is gonna get some serious damage from Dragon too.

Going towards Kizaru. Dragon's next best person is nearly a rookie as much as Luffy, so it gives an idea of what he's residing over, and you know how crews work. I honestly can't see Dragon being too strong because he consistently avoids trouble even if he could stomp out the source.

Dragon . Only cuz hype deems him a god. , one if sabo being the second in command , we have seen him squashed every opponent even dueled with a adrimal. When sabo is that badass i wonder what the true dragon style user is like.

Idk but I'll go with Dragon. Since he's the rev leader then he's been prepping to fight the marines for a long time now and that includes admirals. Dragon's intel and prep should help give him an edge.

I just don’t think admirals are as powerful as their yonkou counterparts and I feel like dragon is a step above yonkou
