Tournament 1 Semifinals!!

The Semifinals are ready to begin. Just vote for the winner of each match. The winner of this tournament will be the overall strongest character according to members of Narutobase, we will then move on to figure out the next rankings. Even if you do not agree completely you should still participate to see where Narutobase is as a whole in comparison to yourself.

IMPORTANT
Everyone who votes make sure to vote on both matches. The Matches are Itachi vs Minato and Naruto vs Sasuke. You get two votes so please use them

Rules.
1. No Edo Tensei, would create a paradox in the tournament and isnt a true testament to one skill.
2. If two users of the same summon are battling then summons are prohibited during that battle For Example, Jiriaya vs Naruto
3. All battles are to the death, if you die you do not advance.
4. All characters are assumed in their prime.
5. All characters start in their base mode.
6. If something seems too illogical then responses will be necessary in order to defend your vote(shouldnt happen much)

I completely agree with Reasoning > Popular Opinion. But the goal is this is to get Narutobase opinion as a whole, not just the few that would debate and judge. I already disagree with the ranking thus far as I believe its obvious Madara is the strongest, excluding the Sage and Kaguya. But the purpose is to get as many people involved even if they disagree with the overall list. Not many people will have the same list but it will be nice to be able to compare our individual lists to the entire community.

Accepting that there's a problem doesn't make the end any more justified. If anything, you should have done something more akin to a tier list and asked for community input, so everyone gets a say but you the margin of error would be massively reduced.

Follow the link and you would find out. Madara lost to Naruto somehow, as did Obito to Minato. Just because Itachi has made it further in this tournament does not mean he is stronger. Another tournament will be held without the winner of this tournament to see who the next strongest is and so on and son.

Your missing the point of it tho. This list is not supposed to be perfect or even accurate, just Narutobase list as a whole. If it ends up being accurate to most then that would be better. But like I said this is to see where Narutobase is as a whole, nothing more, nothing less. If Narutobase thinks Konohamaru is the strongest then so be it.

I know your not bashing. And I completely agree with you. While the results may be flawed to me and you, as well as others, to some it may very well seem like a perfect list. If this was just for a few people to be involved in where we could debate amongst ourselves and be judged then what you suggested would be perfect. But given that this is an attempt for the whole community to be a part of it would be to massive for everyone to participate in by debating. 33 people voted on the last round, there is no way to manage 33 debates on Narutobase. And thats just for 1 match of 1 round of a tournament that has many rounds and many matches. It would limit the community aspect of it.
