There are a lot of VS's that people can't pick a certain victor. Settle them all once and for all here. Location isn't a factor, just pick who would win the fight. Don't say "if they were by the lake" or "it can go either way". Use as much logic as possible

Guy- It seems that base they are about equal. Gai is incredibly strong yes. When Gai enters 6 gates, I can't imagine Kakashi dodging each strike from Morning Peacock, At 7th gate I'm fairly sure Kakashi's sharingan would no longer keep up with Gai's speed and if he could keep up how long could he fend off Gai in taijutsu because he wouldn't have time to use ninjutsu. And Gai can fight him without looking at the sharingan. So he can't use his eye for genjutsu.
Muu- Iirc Muu can be invisible which would stop Minato in his tracks. Add Jinton to that and his ability to fly which doesn't give Minato much of a chance to attack him, and Minato loses
Suigetsu- I supose that Suigetsu could cancel out Katons with Suitons. In taijutsu Suigetsu can't be easily hurt. So I just imagine Suigetsu picking up this one.
Itachi -Yeah I highly doubt Minato is teleporting inside of Susanoo. Itachi's yasaka magatamas, amaterasu, tsukuyomi, Izanami, Sword of Totsuka and Yata mirror I don't imagine Minato winning. I suppose he can get through the yata mirror if he teleports behind Susanoo but how does he get through Susanoo?
Itachi- I imagine Jiraiya can get through Susanoo with Toad Oil Flame Bullet or Goemon (though I don't imagine he'd have time to go sage mode without sacrificing his summons) The real problem Jiraiya faces is Amaterasu. I don't think he can pull out his fire sealing scroll in enough time to cancel out amaterasu. Nor do I think he has enough seals to handle Amaterasu spamming. However, if he sacrifices his summons to go sage mode... or just summon Ma and Pa. Frog Song is a finishes it. But Amaterasu would lead to a quicker win. Thus I say Itachi, though Jiraiya can defeat him.
Gaara. Gaara's sand was fast enough to stop Raikage's kick. Raikage was fast enough to dodge Amaterasu. Gaara's sand could therefore act quickly enough to catch Amaterasu the same way it caught Enton. He could go under Sasuke's Susanoo and Snatch him out or fill it with Sand Suffocating Sasuke. Against the Susanoo Arrows I imagine can be stopped with enough sand something of this nature Desert Layered Imperial Funeral without the sealing ability so it doesn't take so long.
Neji- He can kill Lee in one strike. Lee has to open the gates to kill Neji, though rotation could probably deflect and injure Lee. In addition, I see no reason why Neji can't prevent Lee from opening the gates with Vacuum palm.
