What happens if/when the Sword of Totsuka clash with the Yata Mirror?
Knowing that the Sword seals whatever it pierces, would it seal the Mirror or would the Mirror deflect it?

Mirror definitely deflects the sword. The Yata Mirror deflects everything. The Sword seals whatever it pierces. It cannot pierce the Mirror. Therefore, no sealing or piercing of Mirror.

totsuka sword is only used twice in the series and it only evaded human flesh in both occasions,
it is stated about totsuka blade that it can seal you for all eternity , that it is perfect counter for sword of kusanagi , that it is a genjutsu sword with an appearance same as vapor .

but there is nothing about it's piercing ability , i seriously doubt it can evade any thing made of material like even simple walls ,
