Maybe i'm wrong but can you show me the page where the databook says that Totsuka can seal everything?:shrug:

It actually said it can seal anything it pierces

It never stated it had any limitations

So its basic to go by what we know it can do with the info

Its overpowered and i know you probaly dont like that lol

Just go and re-read the Manga. I think its some where around Sasuke Vs Itachi ( or at least some where there )
