therefore they're probably the "spiritual energy" of the so6p ,and they still exsite because the sage was still in earth as spirit which led them to lose their physical form aka physical energy..........

Agreed, totsuka and yata aren't some sort of ghosts that don't interact with any physical things and thus immune to any jutsus. The only such thing to exist in manga would be the Death Reaper.

When the Reaper's hand goes inside Orochimaru's body nothing happens to his body because the Reaper truly is a spiritual entity interacting only with souls and energy, but Totsuka simply makes him bleed like any regular sword

Totsuka sword itself was described as a Kusangai sword (which orochimaru has) with a sealing power imbued in it, so unless anyone believes Kusanagi is somehow immune all of these rants are stupid.

Well, Preta Path may work on the chakra that is within the Yata Mirror as Preta itself is not an attack, and the Yata Mirror only adjusts to the properties of an attack.
