Which one is offensively superior to the other? Which one has better slicing power? Which one is better in general?

Madara's Perfect Susano'o Sword is superior feat-wise and hype-wise.[
It also has better slicing power.
In my opinion, Madara's Perfect Susano'o Sword is better in general. Mostly because it is harder to evade, can be used to enhance techniques like the Bijūdama, and has superior destructive feats. The only thing that the Totsuka no Tsurugi has over Madara's Perfect Susano'o sword is its ability to seal anything it pierces.
