Hi guys I would like to show you list of people on who Totsuka Blade won't work. Please read it carefully.
However there are more characters who can simply avoid Totsuka blade as BM Naruto, Minato(he knows sealing techniques so maybe he would counter sealing arts.), Raikage.
No flames or bashing in thread is allowed !
I am not Itachi or Sasuke's hater, I like them a lot, I just want to prove that Totsuka Blade isn't absolute win.

First Person who can't be sealed by Totsuka Blade is Madara Uchiha
why ? Because Kishi himself confirmed it in interview. I don't care if now Itachi fanboys/wankers come here and say that is was just hype why ?
Because Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror are just hype as well, they are almost featless cause so small amount of manga panels. Besides Defenders of Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror(mainly Itachi fanboys) says Manga fact > your opinion, let's be fair and use same logic here as well.

Third Person no who Totsuke Blade doesn't work as well is Sage of six paths himself
why ?
Because he was founder of Ninjutsu and first Shinobi. He created first Sealing Technique, so I don't doubt it could work on him.

why ?
Because they have tailed beasts who can't be sealed forever that why.
Besides there is reason why only none jinchurki can use dead demon seal, because it could allows for Tailed beast to be sealed pernamently by Death God, which can't be case.

Sixth people who most likely can't be sealed by Totsuka Blade are UZUMAKI CLAN who know sealing arts
Especially Uzumaki clan leader who has to be best expert at sealing techniques.

- Totsuka Blade doesn't work on some people as: Sage of six paths, Edo Madara, Obito(now Juubi Jin Obito), Jinchurki, Tailed beasts , Uzumaki clan themselves, Juubi, maybe Minato
- Some people can still dodge Totsuka blade as BM Naruto, Minato, Raikage
- Totsuka Blade isn't instant Win for Itachi as some itachi fanboys/wankers claim to
