With Itachi's amazingly low chakra reserves the Susanoo should at least last a few minutes till he drop down eyes bleeding and coughing blood..... Then that weapons is gone.

Don't get me wrong Itachi is a exceptional Shinobi, but Susanoo in reality doesn't make him exceptional.

They're not overrated. They are severely underrated simply because Itachi is the one who has them. People always say Totsuka can't seal this or Yata can't block that. It's fine that you may think they aren't omnipotent, but when you decide what they can and cannot do, that is taking it too far.

Another thing that is underrated severely is Itachi's stamina. He won't die from a few minutes of Susano'o use. His chakra level is low for a shinobi of his caliber, but it is still well above average.
