Leads me to believe Itachi Uchiha of konaha was a very smart bastard
So I'm guessing Itachi was one of the only people in naruto to wield a mythical weapon with no true "physical form"
As opposed to a legendary weapon in naruto that you find I think this weapon has to be found in ones self.

And I think sasuke will see the error in his ways and gain totska.
