Had a lot of free time so started to draw and realised, that i want to draw Toshiro. Here you go the outcome.

Hair and Face looks super weird O_O But the rest is nice. The haori and such is brilliant. Except Toshiro doesn't look like Toshiro, only the hair color

Looks fine but the hair needs some adjustment also the ice(or effect)coming out of the sword needs to be a little defined

It's really good, but you did ask for advice. The only real advice I have is to reexamine the hands, they look kinda awkward.
The right hand for example:
- The thumb is missing. Looking at the length of the other thumb, if his thumb is extended you'd still see a piece of it on the other side of the hilt. If the thumb is gripping the hilt, it would be in front of the other fingers.
The left hand thumb is on the wrong side, it's be behind the other fingers.

P.S.

Your still a wayyyy better drawer than I am. My art major friends come to me when they want critiquing because I'm brutally honest. It's a double-edged sword though...

Heh thanks, left hand was meant to look like thumb is behind the other finger, its that bone inside, i dont know how to exlpain it, but i thought of it as thumbs start for the other side, but it looks bad. ;D Thanks for advice anyway, i will keep that in mind.
