Terrain: the top of a mountain. A flat patch of dirt extends mid-range around us. Beyond there is a vertical drop to the ground 1000 meters below us.

Toshiro was evidently much smaller; and while the enemy looked intimidating, he was quite determined to take him down. Strapped to his side was a Katana, Hyorinmaru, that had been passed down through the Yuki clan for ages. He closed his eyes briefly, inhaled deeply, and prepared himself for battle. He formally addressed the foe before him, who, by his physiques and attire, looked like the third Raikage, the legendary shinobi who was rumored to have fought off an army of ten thousand men.

"If I'm not mistaken, you must be the Sandaime Raikage... It is an honor fighting someone of sheer power like yourself."

He spoke quickly and with confidence as he activates an enhanced hearing ability, unknown to the Raikage.

(Ototon: Naiteki Ne no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Inner Sonar Skill

Description: The user will enhance their hearing by infusing his ears with sound chakra. Then, by utilizing chakra and enfacing his lungs, the user will be able to control the frequency and intensity of the sound emitted from his simple breathing. This low frequency, inaudible sound is passively emitted and has no effect other than emerging from him and bouncing off of objects. Using the enhanced hearing, the user is able to know where everything is around them, effectively creating a sonar effect through the rebound and reflection of sound waves. The hearing and the sonar effect is precise enough so that one can effectively use it to substitute one's vision in battle if needed. Despite being very effective, specially if the user has any of his other senses hindered, it also leaves the user vulnerable to sound genjutsu or sound attacks which will be much more drastic in its effects.

And with those words, Toshiro initiated the battle by grabbing a hold of a single smoke bomb. He infused it with sound chakra and nonchalantly tossed it to the Raikage's location. He simultaneously sends chakra to his ears, hoping to neutralize the immense and imminent sound that would result from the smoke bomb.
As it entered short-range, the smoke bomb would explode, emitting a smoke that would spread slowly over a relatively small area large enough to cover their vision of one another. The sound created from its explosion would be amplified exponentially, and if the Raikage were to hear it, it would result in moderate disorientation and deafness for two turns.

Description: The user infuses any object capable of exploding, detonating, etc, or able to create an exploding sound with a coating of sound chakra. Objects coated by this technique gain a distinct sound that is easily heard. Once contact is made with another object (such as an opponent's technique, a landmark, etc) the infused object would explode like normal (unless it's an object that requires no physical contact to create an explosive sound, such as an explosive tag or smoke bomb). However, the infusion of sound amplifies the sound waves released in order to produce a screeching sound that can affect those who hear it. The effects created by the amplified sound waves vary by distance. If the target is within short range of an explosion they will experience deafness and moderate disorientation for two turns. If the target is within mid-range of the explosion they will experience deafness and have a mild headache for a single turn. If the target is long range from the explosion, there are no adverse effects. The user is capable of negating these adverse effects by coating his own ears within sound chakra. This will effect all targets within range of the explosion, with the exception of the user.

Taking advantage of his foe's disoriented state, Toshiro materializes five discs of ice in the air and sends them off to the Raikage, all of which were aimed towards his torso. They were nearly transparent, therefore, it would be difficult to perceive, especially with the cloud of smoke lingering around the battlefield.

Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

I'd just like to note that my Akatsuki Ring grants the Sandaime a +1 rank bonus to all Lightning techs... and Ice is weak to Lightning. Fun.

As you activate your Inner Sonar Skill the Sandaime activates his own, trademarked technique; the Lightning Armor. The monster of a man ignores your second, offensive technique, only grunting in annoyance at the high-pitched sound. Still, to be safe he activates the Plasma Ball technique, creating a strong, defensive Lightning Barrier that neutralizes your third attack with ease.
Then he starts to lazily walk towards you.

(Raiton no Yori) - Lightning Release Armour

Description: The user will wrap themselves with lightning chakra, which then electrically stimulates their nerves system and speed up their neural synapes to react faster to danger and push away any physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous strength. This armour, combined with Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Note: Technique lasts for 4 turns

( Raiton: Purazuma Bōru ) - Lightning Release: Plasma Ball

Description: The user manipulating their chakra generates a plasma barrier around them to serve as a defence which protects them from incoming attacks, even from something as wide-ranged as the Quicksand Waterfall Flow. However the user cannot use other techniques besides lightning release or physical based techniques while sustaining the technique. The user can rush at their opponents even if the barrier is active and use it to ram against them. The shield can be used offensively, by discharging the electricity in the direction of their choice in a wave resulting in using the energy of the barrier and ending its effects.
Note: Technique remains active for 3 turns.

(Futon: Pazuzu no puru)- Wind Release: Pull of Pazuzu

Description: This technique utilizes the suction effect that may be achieved through wind techniques. The user will activate an ability which allows him to infuse additional wind chakra into their own wind techniques. As a result, any subsequent Wind techniques performed by the user while this is active will gain a special property; the wind technique would produce a suction-like effect, which allows it to draw earthen particles(such as small rocks/rubble/soil sediments) from the terrain towards it. This causes the earthen particles to become embedded into the body of the wind technique. The earth particles serve to augment the destructive power of the wind techniques by granting it with an additional abrasive edge, thus allowing it to seemingly shred the opponent to bits. Of course, this technique is entirely dependant on the terrain; if there are no earthen particles on the battlefield, then this technique will be rendered useless. Additionally, this may also work on water sources; wind techniques would be able to use water droplets in place of earthen particles to achieve a similar effect. The suction effect produced by this technique is extremely strong - it makes all movement(eg. performing hand seals, running) extremely difficult and sluggish(though possible) when one is within short-range of the technique. Of course, this effect also applies to the user, who will be subjected to the same effects as long as the technique is within short-range of him. This technique is activated instantly; this is because this technique, when used independently, is unable of causing harm.

The Raikage was certainly impressive; his defense seemed impregnable, and he seemed to maintain a calm demeanor in the midst of battle. However, because it seemed that the Raikage's defense relied heavily on the lightning element, Toshiro figured that Wind would be the only effective tool to fend off his foe. Toshiro discretely activates an ability to supplement his wind techniques, allowing them to gain a "suction-like" characteristic that would enhance his following wind techniques' lethality. The suction of the wind would draw in rubble and other earthen particles that are then embedded into the body of the technique, so as to augment the destructive power of the wind technique.

He then slams his palms together to spread it apart, and from it, a highly condensed staff materializes. With one fluid motion, Toshiro launches the staff, as if it were a spear, towards the opponent. Subsequently, Toshiro would run around the battlefield in a circular path as the spear sprouted wings. Once the spear neared the Raikage, Toshiro would perform a single hand seal, creating a massive explosion that affected anything short-range from it.

(Fuuton: Chō Stáfe ) - Wind style: Butterfly Staff

Description: The user begins by gathering up a considerable amount of chakra in his palms followed by clapping them together near his chest.. Once that is done, the user takes his hands apart but as they move away from each other the user uses shape manipulation around wind currents and forms a staff made of condensed wind. The staff is approximately the same height as the user and about a foot in diameter and is very similar to the wind blade technique, in both visual tangibility and cutting potential
Close range abilities:
The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of an S-rank wind blade
Mid range use:
The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "butterfly staff". The user can simply throw the staff like a spear but as It's in mid flight the user does a single hand seal thus transforming the staff as it moves. The staff quickly sprouts from its sides a pair of wings that resemble that of a butterfly's. This allows the staff to not only pick up speed and killing potential but also also allows the user to control it in mid flight to hit opponents. While be controlled, the staff has to always be moving forward and can't turn around nor make sharp turns..
At any point while flying, the user can do one more hand seal which results in the wind exploding into a 7m wide vortex of wind that would suck things from 5m out into it while also cutting anything that comes into contact with it up

Making sure to waste no time whatsoever, Toshiro follows up with three hand seals. Instead of sprinting, he creates a wheel of wind around himself, using it as a way to position himself behind the Raikage with great speed. The wheel was enhanced by the aforementioned wind-enhancing technique, thus increasing its destructive abilities.

Toshiro eventually curves behind the opponent where he jumps out of the wheel and launches it as a projectile, aimed for his back.

(he does this once he is mid-range behind you. :c)

Futon kaze hoi-ru : wind style: wind wheel

Description: The user will make 3 hand seals and form a wheel of wind around themselves. Using this wheel the user can travel towards their enemy and then get out of it throwing it at their enemy or throw it from a distance. The wind wheel is cable of cutting threw A rank earth and while the user is inside the wheel can defend against weapons.
Note: can only be used 2 times per match
Note: can’t use any jutsu while inside the wheel.
note: Goes fast enough to knock away incoming weapons and doesn't increase the users speed the wheel being able to move the user around does not increase his speed. And throwing it it goes as fast as a normal weapon goes when thrown ( the same speed as lets say a kunai.)
