Toshirō is short with a stout build, shoulder length dark hair pulled back into a topknot, brown eyes, he wears a dark blue traditional samurai robe. Under his robe he wears weighted armor, hindering his movements slightly, but adding to his training. This also increases his speed dramatically once the weights are removed. On his left hip he carries two swords, a katana and a ninjato.
Personality: Suave and confident are words that describe Toshirō when he is in a good mode, or you are in good graces with him. However he is a ruthless killer if you are opposite his blade or jutsu. He stays calm and collected no matter the situation, even an arrow to the back could not make him falter from a battle stance. He is also a bit of a joker having an extremely dry and sarcastic sense of humor.

Background Info.
History:Born to a small family on the outskirts of Kirigakure, Toshirō at just 4 months was abducted by Orochimaru during one of his "missions." Orochimaru had dispatched of his family while they slept, and took little Toshirō as a subject for some of his forbidden experiments that he was performing.
______No one yet knows the outcome of those experiments that were performed on young Toshirō. In fact no one even knew that he had been experimented on except the one person that saved him from Orochimaru's facility, her teammates, and the Hokage.
______A young women ANBU ninja (we'll call her LaFawnda) stumbled across the facility late one evening whilst on patrol. After alerting her teammates, she swiftly and quietly entered and snatched up Toshirō and one other infant, that wasn't so lucky, she died as LaFawnda was on the way to the Hokage's chambers to report on the situation. Sandamie Hokage ordered LaFawnda to stay behind and care for the child until arrangements could be made for him. The Hokage and Lafawnda's teammates then went after Orochimaru.
______After Orochimaru fled there were several bodies recovered, and three survivors. One of them, Tenzo, became a very accomplished shinobi in ANBU. His and the others' identities were kept a closely guarded secrete. Lafawnda instantly felt a bond between little Toshirō and herself, and that being the case she offered to look after and take him in as her very own. The Hokage thought that was a wonderful idea, and offered his blessings.
______After basic training from his new mother, Toshirō began to progress steadily into a very fine ninja. At the age of 9 he graduated from the acadamy and plans on working for ANBU one day just like his mom, LaFawnda...
______At the age of 29 he still hasn't passed the Chunnin Exams making it impossible for him to follow in his mothers footsteps. Though through perseverance and determination he is strong. He now just needs to gather some form of formal training, to back his moves. All of those years traveling gave him experience, yet left his formal training lacking much. With this he moves forward, to become a great ninja.
