Background Info.
History: Tosaku was born and raised in konoha, always wanting to be the strongest ninja in the world.Not too uncommon of a goal as far as ninjas go.His mother died giving birth to him and his father was a high ranking shinobi in the anbu black ops. Shortly after Tosaku graduated the academy his father betrayed konoha and fled with tosaku, becoming a Missing-nin.Shortly thereafter His father was assassinated leaving Tosaku to fend for himself.
