well if they do not know anything about the other.. I would give he battle to kakashi. Because his battle style is to utilize traps and shadow clones to find out about his adversary. Tourne seems to be all about attack. seems to be great in hand to hand combat. but in the long run he is a short range attacker. unless he has his nano bugs survive on rocks or trees then I do not see how he could beat kakashi.
