Asuma wins (intel wouldn't play a role here) and i dare to say low-diff.
Torune's fighting style forces him to go into CQC; bad idea when your opponent is Asuma. I say low-diff because Torune would make Asuma's job piece of cake by closing the distance himself (essencially running for his demise) instead of keeping it.
