Not exactly fight on par; I just proved that Shino can potentially defeat Sasori if he starts with Hiruko by ending him before the 3rd Kazekage puppet comes out. And yeah pretty much, but I enjoy pissing certain fan groups off, one being Sasori.

Shino and Shibi are relatively stationary fighters, this Move would be the best counter for them.
Torune uses CQC to be effective but he is less then likely to have taijutsu affinity and speed Lee or Sasuke had. Plus his tech seem to be effective on Alive beings, touching sand armor or sand shield Will not only be not effective, it Will also be his downfall to be close enough to crushed by sand.
