Looks: His face was covered by a mask, except for his lower face. Glasses are built into the mask. He wore a black midriff shirt with red strands on the shoulders similar to Sai and his partner, Fū most likely showing his allegiance to Root. He wore an all black outfit with a red belt around his waist. He also had several bags tied to the back of his waist.
Now, He is tall and built. Wears a bohemian outfit, which covers all skin of his body, leaving only his mouth and chin exposed. There?s plenty of room on his clothes to host bugs, and there?s also room for tons of hidden weapons. His skin is burned by the sun. It doesn't seem like it, but his clothes can actually open into leaving his upper body completly naked and can easily be barefeet.
Personality: There's not much information about his previous personality, but now he acquired a very peculiar personality. He acts like a total sadist, driven by bloodlust when fighting. He may be even a bit cocky around his opponents. But he isn?t a lunatic, and he is actually very adroit person, and is capable of everything to get what he wants. When he's not in battle mode, though, he is just ramdom, saying stupid puns and has crazy behaviour. (Like me)

Background Info.
History: Danzō selects Torune and Fū to escort him to the Kage Summit. Before leaving, Danzō instructs Torune to have some of his men watch Naruto Uzumaki. Once they arrive in the Land of Iron and the meeting begins, Torune comes to Danzō's defense during the Fourth Raikage's outburst and Zetsu's appearance. Zetsu informs them of Sasuke Uchiha's presence, and Fū and Torune try to go and eliminate them. The Raikage goes instead, so they stay with Danzō. When Sasuke arrives at their location they flee. They are pursued by Ao, and Torune carries Fū's body while he deals with Ao.
Nearing Konoha, Torune, Fū, and Danzō are ambushed by Madara Uchiha. While Danzō prepares for battle he has them distract Madara. When Fū is caught by Madara, Torune throws a kunai at him, forcing him to release Fū. Fū and Torune try attacking from different angles, hoping that one of them will be able to attack Madara while Madara is attacking the other. Madara sees through their plan but plays along, causing Torune to accidentally infect Fū with his Nano-Sized, Poisonous Insects. Torune cures him, but Madara quickly sends them both away with his space-time technique. At the last moment, Torune is able to infect Madara's right arm, forcing him to remove it.
After that battle, Torune was found laying on the ground with blood comming from his head. He was taken to the hospital and stayed asleep for some weeks. When he woke up, he was a totally different person. His personality changed completly. He forgot about most of his life, with the exeption of his abilities. The changes became known to the root, when he started to change his way of speaking and dressing, and even fighting. But mainly becouse he started calling himself Kiwii.
Afraid of that, the Root decided to kick him off, and he decided to leave Konoha. He wandered through the desert until he came upon with the Village Hidden in the Sand. His acceptance wasn't immediat, but he finally was part of a group where he felt comfortable. At sand he learned poison releases to some extend (like every Suna member).
