Pain stomps ... people with magnetic abilities wont do shit.. you cant magnetize something through skin .... thats like saying why doesnt a pace maker pop out of a chest when you walk near a magnet.... it just screws with the frequency... which wont happen for a chakra reciever

Not really. Kakashi and Jiraiya didn't figure it out. Well, Jiraiya did, because he knew that only Nagato had the Rinnegan and that Yahiko was there.

Kakashi and Jiraiya don't have magnetic abilities, i'm sure they SAW the piercings, just didn't make anything of them- because it wouldn't increase their chance of winning. Now if you're a ninja whose techniques depends on metal and metallic effects then i'm sure you'd be looking for them.
