Toriko or Dragon Ball?

I've never read toriko but dbz is known to be one of the best manga series created so going with toriko first may help lower your expectations xd

toriko's anime is like 99% censored so I suggest that you read toriko manga and watch DB anime

Toriko is amazing, on of my top 10 but the anime doesn't do the justice compared to the mangaU_U
