I'm pretty sure it's the moon. The destruction of the moon will cause a natural disaster probably, kinda like how Jiro caused a natural disaster after his grand knocking. It's flashback dude lol, he's not in his "final form". If you're wondering the moon looks so small, it's because their earth is so huge after that meteorite crashed and made the world bigger.
OT: Excellent chapter this week but I hope that we get a flashback on the cook-off. I'm doubting that he's actually going to skip it because he has to explain how they survived, especially Condor. I liked Komatsu's character development when he wasn't scared of Don Slime and speaking of him the dude used the moon as a springboard. Lmao! The world building of area 6 was nice and it was great to find out that the time is sped up in Area 6 because it means that the other areas won't get "off-paneled".
The potential problem I have is Ichiryu potentially coming back to life. I can definitely see the good in him coming back, i.e. the long awaited flashback of him and potentially covering the flashback of the rest of the 4HK's but it kinda undermines the value his death had. His death was a bit underwhelming since we never got a backstory of him when he died but I hope Shima executes his revival nicely.
Shima please revert their ages back asap >.> It's kinda weird that Toriko is going to marry a cougar (Rin), revert her back to her age but keep that long hair. xd
