It's not totally spoiled, most of the stuff shown was obvious to happen. The cooking battles was foreshadowed to have all the human world chefs to win the cooking match. If you forgot then here's a refresher, it even foreshadows Asarudy's death:

Chiyo's backstory and how Komatsu saved Kako is still unknown but it's inevitable that they will succeed. We don't know how love warden got saved as well. The only thing that the final page spoils is which of the ten shell chefs have survived (Condor, Picnic Bomber & Kakino) & Don Slime's "final" appearance (not big of a deal). Read my first post as to why it's obvious that we will get a flashback. This isn't the first time where Shima shows us the end result then later on provides a flashback.
I think we might not get the flashback next chapter though. As for the wolf king, nothing happened to his reaction speed. It's just that Toriko improved his reaction speed greatly since the PAIR arc (read the bottom panels, their reaction speed is 0.1 seconds) & that he awakened his power:
