Yea it was pretty good, 9/10 imo. It seemed slightly rushed a bit, but still good nonetheless. I'm interested in how Teppei can change dimensions and how pear can undo/fix what has happened to Kamotsu. I wonder will he get gourmet cells or just have to it the fruit..
Jou probably has some connection with this dimension thing, but I'm still concerned about it.

It should of been 4 level 450-500 beasts. Level 300 beasts isn't that threatening now that we're in the gourmet world.

Great chapter. I kinda felt like i was reading One Piece though. "Jet fork" Lol.

I think Teppei's "space" technique is the same as the one Midora uses. Midora's Tongue erases "space" itself which Teppei did to Komatsu's heart. Also, Teppei's disappearing technique looks like Midora's camouflage thing. Is Teppei thinking he can be as cool as Midora? He better stop before Midora comes and licks him to death.

Looks to me like Teppei is using a nerfed version of Midora's Hungry Space.


And btw, about Mugen Kugi Punch. I mean lets say Toriko uses it on someone and beasts wont be there to eat them, would the guy that took the attack just hover in the air and get punched until the end of times? Even when he dies his dead body will continue to get punched. Thats kinda brutal.

Another week another amazing chapter, Shima has been on fire these weeks and I still can't comprehend why it's sales aren't picking up.

A few points:-
1. I was expecting Komatsu to show his appetite demon which inturn will save him, he might later show his appetite demon I'm hopeful.
2. I think Teppei will be brought back to the good side and would become free of Joa's brainwashing.


3. Teppei's dimensional travel or travelling through the "back channel" was intriguing, moreover due to his attack on Komatsu, his heart disappeared into another dimension, what really piqued my interest was whether it was Teppei's own power to travel across dimesions/ back channel or something temporary Joa gave him, this remains to be seen.

A 9/10 chapter for me, I hope Shima keeps up the goodwork and Toriko turn out to be the next big manga.

The beasts had to rip him apart to avoid getting killed. If they tried to eat Jim like the 498 beast, they would have him fly out the back of their throats.

God damn, after reading ***********'s translation I noticed that Toriko's jet fork launched into space. LOOOL that is beastly AF.

Yeah, I noticed that too. His new power seems to be out of the planet(all puns intended). Seriously though, he looks to be stronger than any of the other kings and at a stage where he could beat CL 3k+ beasts.

Agreed and even with Toei giving the series a lot of publicity by having those One Piece/DBZ crossovers, you'd think it'd be doing a lot better. Hopefully the next volume will sell a lot.
