If Toriko got the HxH 2011 treatment, I'd fangasm. It's very deserving of a reboot but it could use one later not so much now.
Toriko vs Starjun needs to be animated properly. It's the most intense fight I've read in shonen. Like how tf is Toei suppose to animate this? Too much blood & gore. The fight was too brutal.
Unless Toei airs this pretty late at night and doesn't censor as much (or leaves it uncensored for BD's) then I'll be satisfied. Toriko's manga did suffer a lot of rushing towards the end but with a new anime they would work with Shima's rough drafts for the areas skipped and animate it.
Toei has their hands full so I won't expect a reboot for a long time and maybe never unfortunately. It would be nice if they let another studio handle it but that's not happening.
