She looks young, no more than her early 20’s. Her force gave her skin a much more crimson and red shade, the epitome of unconscious lure and attraction. She took to wear her hair in two large braids, smoothed with oil and painted red to resemble her skin. They’re extremely soft to the touch, and exude a fragrance, placing her as a master of Perfume Release. Her appearance is made to shock and awe people, yet it’s kept strangely attractive and luring. She is described as a very powerful and beautiful woman, yet even her Sith darkness is felt through. She’s frightening and sensual at the same time.She usually wears slim outfits of black leather, full body suits with loosen black cloths to provide a more ethereal and flowing movement. She has hidden pouches in her suit, to hold her many concealed weapons, including several hidden weapons and needles. The Fugu Stick is strapped horizontally on her bottom back, incased in a letter scabbard. She possesses multiple black tattoos in her body, through which she can summon any weapon imaginable. Her stomach, when exposed, reveals a circular seal for Red and Yellow Stability. Her Chakra Saber is held on her right tight, pinned to a leather belt. It is crimson red when activated.
Personality: Both her extended life experience and her appearance gave her a very cold and manipulative demeanor. She moves about sensually and steadily. She is controlled and magnificent, fashioning herself a deadly queen, yet she unfolds herself in any role possible, from the weak maiden to the powerhouse bull, as the situation calls for it. While controlled in her manner, it is due to a latent rage and madness within her, inherited by the Dark side of the Force. Her motto is to win in the most spectacular and terrifying or humiliating way for her opponent, yet she values skill and intelligence above all things, and grants her true respect to only a select few, regardless of their background or origin or even appearance (like Scorpseh’s female ways).ΨVillage InfoΨ

Toriann was born Ann Tori, in a poor village of the Land of Water. She was born beautiful, yet wicked. Unable to keep a newborn babe, her parents planned to sell her to on of the many underground slave houses populating the demonic Maternal Mist. She was brought up as an orphan, until her powers started to manifest at a very young age. 2 years old, she already began terrorizing her foster parents and the other slaves, but even her slave owners were unable to punish her, as her power grew and her manipulation took hold. They were weak and dumb, and susceptible to even the raw and simplistic demands of a child. She grew watching others, and manipulating others. It made her cold and calculated, and aware of her appearance and powers to further entice and control others. At the age of 6, she was already much wiser than her age, when she met a child like her. He was not much older, but even then, she knew he was not like the other children. He had fantastical ideas about bringing people like them together and building a great village. He call her Lil’Tori and eventually Lili. When he left to create his dream clan, she changed her name to Toriann Lil’ek, in honor of the boy, and joined him.
Force sensitive people are born with an inherited predisposition towards a side of the Force, Darkness called to her much more powerfully than Light, and so, she became known as a Sith. As the battle for the shinobi world raged on, and the Sage of the 6 Paths brought ninjutsu to man, the force sensitive ones had their own war to fight. Sith and Jedi fought for dominance, until finally, after 10 years, the High Sith Lord stroke a deal with the Jedi Grand Master, and the world filled with harmony. She felt betrayed and left, bringing herself to study the shinobi arts. But even in all her power, she valued the force, and her appearance changed.

Chakra ControlShe has exceptionally high chakra control, capable of chaining techniques with great speed and switching between elemental techniques with ease.
Genjutsu MasterToriann kept a great affinity with all Elements, yet never had one shadowing another. Through great chakra control and intellect, her affinity was thus linked to her Genjutsu, developing a great deal of new concepts and mediums of casting a Genjutsu, finally mastering this art till she required no more than one (1) handseal for any Genjutsu type Technique.
Taijutsu Specialist & EIG MasterToriann is a fast ands strong Taijutsu fighter and overall close combat specialist. She can use Lazy Fist, Strong Fist, and Free Form fighting, switching easily between them in battle. Her style is quick and accurate, able to target various weak spots on her enemy's body. She is flexible and agile, enabling her to outmaneuver most opponents, as well as giving her great reflexes. With her EIG Mastery, she is able to open up to the 8th Gate, unfortunately ending in her death. She is also capable of opening more than 1 gate at time, up to the 6th Gate, along with the ability to perform B rank and bellow Ninjutsu.
Lazy Fist Master As a master of Lazy Fist she has increased Agility, Reflexes and Movement Speed when compared to a normal Strong Fist Master. Lazy Fist moves involve less physical strength that Strong Fist, thus why a Lazy Fist master without additional training in other forms, will always have less physical strength than a normal Strong Fist Master.Parrot Arts and Parrot Summoning: Toriann is the holder of the Parrot Summoning Contract, and is capable of summoning Altorio Parrots, and be summoned by them. She has access to the Parrot Arts.Box Arts and Box Jellyfish Summoning: Toriann is the holder of the Box Jellyfish Summoning Contract, and is capable of summoning Archipelago Boxes, and be summoned by them. She has access to the Box Arts.Binkan Clan: Toriann Lil'ek is a Grand Master-ranked Sith Lady, and one of the founding members of the clan.Chakra Saber: Chakra Sabers are simple chakra swords wielded by every Jedi and Sith. A small hilt engraved in countless Kanji inscriptions focuses the users chakra and produces a blade of pure chakra. This mass-less blade doesn’t emanate heat or any other force of energy until it connects with something. At that point, the chakra becomes able to cut through most materials quite easily, as the moment the chakra blade touches matter, heat is produced which cuts through it. The blade itself can also be used to deflect projectiles or interact with energy based attacks. Because the blade lacks weight, it also lacks momentum and impact, relying on the cutting abilities to deliver damage. This also makes the blades quite tasking to wield, requiring enormous concentration and focus. Some variations exist to suit the users fighting style, with longer or shorter ones, with the blade's color varying between individuals. The saber Staff is a variation, where a larger hilt produces two opposing blades, one at each end. The saber is not always active, off course, with the user needing to exectue a mental command and fuel his chakra into it to activate its blade. The cost of using the saber is 5 chakra points per turn, 10 if dual wielded or if its a saber staff. Toriann typically uses one chakra saber of bright red color, being ambidextrous in it's use.
Akatsuki Ring Owner: Zero (Rei): Worn on the right thumb. Used by the leader of the group. The primary function of the ring is to maintain control over the members and to provide support for them at all times.The features are:
-Controls the abilities of other rings, limit them/disable them.
-Ring produces a hidden frequency received by other ones: Hidden communication.
-Can share / control chakra across ring owners transferred in the form of frequencies.
-The user can select one technique applicable over all the other rings.

These exploding tags can be used in place of weaker ones in jutsu involving them.
*In order to use these, it must be mentioned in the user’s bio that they carry this version of the exploding tag – otherwise, the user cannot use these.
