Toppo #rekts Magetta no diff. Both real battle and tournament.
Magetta doesnt have any technique to beat Toppo and he lacks the power.
Toppo wins Bergamo, both real battle and tournament.
Toppo can do the same overkill as Goku could do vs Bergamo (or just break his bones with that Justice hold or so).
Anime Hit likely wins in both real battle and tournament as he could manage vs Goku Kaioken x10 and was able to improve power wise as well through battle.
Manga Hit likely loses (assuming Manga Toppo wont be very different from the anime version). Mangaversion:
Goku was able to reduce Hit's timeskip duration due to the power difference. This is without Kaioken, which Goku doesnt use in the manga vs Hit.
Goku SSJblue was lot stronger than Hit in the manga.
Goku just stepped out of the ring for the lols to see Monaka fight.
Vegeta lost to Hit, because of the stamina drain he suffered from. As he had used blue vs Cabba and subsequent use of blue drains stamina. Later on in the manga after the tournament, Vegeta will find a trick to avoid this though.

If Buu can things like absorb him or turn him into candy.
Tournament wise Buu can do absorb and throw him in that Buu ball of the stage.
He can do candybeam and throw him from the stage as candy and turn them back into normal.
Buu could maybe even find other ways to throw Toppo of the stage tournament wise or beat him with his magic
That Justice hold wont work on someone with Buu's genetic makeup.
Buu is crazy good in the rules of this tournament.
Only way for Toppo to win is erasing Buu to the lvl that he doesnt exist anymore.
Something that he isnt allowed to do in the tournament and therefore wont win in there.
Tournament will be team battle though.
