True those spirit weapons Itachi possesses for his susanoo make him super hax, but you're forgetting that fact that Itachi cannot maintain his Susanoo for a long duration nor can he spam his MS abilities without blinding himself. So unless Itachi is able to outsmart Madara and seal him, Itachi will lose.

Izanami has nothing to do with this fight. It will not work on Madara and Itachi will lose an eye. Like Itachi said, why cast Izanami at the cost of an eye when the genjutsu is so easily breakable.

Just saying, that match up is not as one sided as you may think.
