he is talking about today's ep where there was flashback with aang being a 40 year old. its established who tenzin i doubt he is referring to him

I personally think that he is related to either Zuko, or Ty-Lee, (Azula's friend and the first chi-blocker )

ty-lee is going to mentioned at some point she pretty much started the chi-blocking techs and passed it to the kyoshi warriors.
