You must not read the manga if you have Chouji as number 1.

Omg how can you put Choji as the weakest character???? Did you see what he did during the war... he shouldn't even be on the list. I mean you put him above Udon! If you are being serious, then you are underestimating Choji alot.

But it is not the only one. Naruto is all round stronger than Shikamaru, but is he smarter? Nope. Are you saying Udon is more intelligent than Choji? The guy who always has snot running down his nose... Also, Choji's confidence has greatly increased.
