All characters at the height of their power.
1. Kaguya Ōtsutsuki - More Chakra than anyone else, Dimensional Shifting, Suicide Ash Bones, Colossal Gudōdama, the Goddess of NV
2. Naruto Uzumaki - Massive TBBs/Rasenshuriken variants augmented with the power if the Bijuu, unimaginable speed, Bijuu enhanced Sealing Jutsu
3. Madara Uchiha - Juubi Jinchuriki, Limbo Hengoku, Multiple Chibaku Tensei, other Rinnegan powers
4. Sasuke Uchiha - S/T Teleportation, PS, his own Sealing Jutsu
5. Obito Uchiha - Juubi Jinchuriki, Onmyōden, Juubidamas, incredible speed
6. Kakashi Hatake - Both of Obito's Mangekyō Sharingans, PS
7. Might Guy - 8 Gates
8. Kabuto Yakushi - Edo Tensei, Dragon Sage Mode, Sound 5 & Orochimaru

I personally think Jubi jins should be excluded. List looks pretty good except for Kabuto being above Hashirama

eh prime Hiruzen is probably number 1. Other than that I agree except I think double rinnegan Madara would be stronger than Naruto although he doesn't have the feats to back it up, damn Kishi..

By hype, Madara should be. It's just that Naruto has countered everything he's shown. By feats, Naruto does win.

If we're going by feats here, then Sasuke should be above Madara, he has a counter to pretty much anything he has.

There is no way for sasuke to be higher than current kakashi
Before the last chapter ,people kept saying that kakashi laked for feats so they can't put him above sasuke
But the chapter was released and we all saw kakashi's feats and abilities
Sasuke in more than 5 chapters wasn't able to hurt or injure pre powered up kaguya and she fodoraized him many times
But kakashi in one chapter was able to speedblitze powered up kaguya and cut her right shoulder ,something sasuke couldn't do with his s/t to pre powered up kaguya who is much slower and weaker according to what BZ said
Kakashi is easily above sasuke now

Jiubiobito should be above sasuke too,sasuke can't counter smallest jubidoma

I thought a lot about Madara vs Sasuke. While Sasuke can counter Limbo, I don't think he can take on 4 at the same time. Plus, Naruto's Onmyōden is what pinned Limbo down. Sasuke can fight, but in the end I don't think he can get past 4 Limbos.

Limbo can't do anything to PS, they all get chopped up by PS, or Sasuke simply separates Madara from the Limbo clones by teleporting Madara in front of him and then cuts him in half.

The only issue is that Madara was stated to be immortal (which I highly doubt he is, especially if he's cut to pieces). Even if he is immortal, Sasuke not being able to put him down isn't enough to put Madara above him.

Oh, lol totally forgot about that. With Mugen Tsukuyomi, Madara > Naruto.

Actually Kakashi is above Jin Obito. He counters pretty much everything in his arsenal and is overall stronger and more versatile. By feats he is above Sasuke as well. Though Sasuke should normally be stronger by hype
